Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to the KITFO TV Film Festival. We are committed to providing an exceptional event experience for all attendees. Please review our nonrefundable refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel delays.

2. Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the KITFO TV Film Festival is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

3. Event Rescheduling: If the festival is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new dates. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

4. Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend the festival, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact our customer service team to facilitate the transfer. All ticket transfers must be completed at least 48 hours before the event start date.

5. Force Majeure: The KITFO TV Film Festival shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, government orders, national emergencies, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events.
